Professor Michael Adams is a specialist in Australian corporate law and international corporate governance. He has expertise in financial services regulation, information governance, consumer protection and the broader area of legal technology.
Ben Cohen specialises in both litigious and non-litigious areas of commercial law, corporate finance, international and domestic corporate structuring, commercial property, franchising, tax and equity.
Ben’s qualifications include a Juris Doctor with Distinction from RMIT and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Whitecliffe College of Art and Design, New Zealand. He is a Legal Practitioner and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Ben attributes his strength as a commercial lawyer to his real-world experience as Executive Director of a global fashion company from May 2011 to August 2016. This has allowed him to be very ‘matter-of-fact’ and practical in
all advice he offers clients.
